The best method to start the germination of the paper is to cut it into pieces and place it on top of a cotton in a container. It must be kept moist constantly. To provoke the germination cover it with something opaque. The sprouts will grow searching for the light. In a few days you will see the first buds, which you can, carefully, change it to pots with soil.
