Ming Productions at Museum Connections 2025: Creativity, local production, and new collections

From January 14–15, Ming Productions once again participated in Museum Connections, the international trade fair that transforms Paris into the epicenter of the museum and cultural world. This event is one of the most important in the sector, bringing together museums, shops, publishers, designers, and specialized brands to explore new ways of connecting culture and the public through visitor experience and products.

A global showcase for cultural design

Museum Connections is more than just a trade fair – it’s a meeting point for professionals passionate about art, heritage, and applied creativity. For Ming Productions, it’s a key opportunity to share our philosophy with the world: sustainable design, local production, and deep respect for art and its values.

What’s new for 2025: In-House design and responsible production

This year, we introduced some of our most innovative collections, all aligned with our core values: quality, sustainability, and uncompromising creativity.

Local production in our Barcelona workshops

From our workshops in Barcelona, we brought to Paris a carefully curated selection of products:

  • Magnets and keychains designed by our creative team, featuring unique finishes and artistically inspired themes.
  • Custom stationery, including pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and rulers. Thanks to our digital printing and pad printing workshops, we offer high-quality local customization, fast and tailored to each institution’s needs.
  • Artist Palette Collection: a colorful and functional line including magnets, keychains, and coasters made from PEFC-certified beech wood, ensuring sustainable forest management.
Exclusive licenses: Successió Miró and more

We continue to strengthen our relationships with cultural institutions. At Museum Connections, we presented products officially licensed by artists such as Joan Miró, a key figure in the history of Ming Productions. These items help bring art closer to the public in an accessible and respectful way.

Wooden toys made in Europe

We also introduced a line of educational wooden toys, such as puzzles and puppets, made in Europe using sustainable wood and customized in our workshops. These products are designed to connect generations through play and art.

Embroidered shirts made from 100% cotton

This launch celebrates the fusion of contemporary textile design and universal artistic heritage. Each model is a sophisticated, sustainable merchandising piece with strong storytelling value. Produced entirely in Europe, our shirts reflect the excellence of European design: attention to detail and textile quality that resonates with the art world.

  • The multicolor model features embroidery in several tones, evoking the chromatic richness of Butterflies and Poppies, 1890, by Vincent van Gogh.
  • The monochrome version offers a more subtle, minimalist interpretation of Almond Blossom, 1890, also by van Gogh, with tone-on-tone embroidery.

Created to become iconic pieces in cultural retail, these customizable shirts are more than garments-they’re a way to wear art.

100% Handmade pashminas

Our artisanal pashminas come from an inspiring women’s cooperative in Kathmandu, where skilled artisans use ancestral techniques to create each unique piece. This cooperative provides meaningful employment, empowering women with economic independence while perfecting their craft. Beyond the artistry, this initiative fosters a strong community where women support each other, develop their skills, and take pride in their work.

New children’s collection in 100% European cotton

Our design team also introduced a joyful and responsible children’s collection made from 100% European cotton. With original, soft, and durable designs, the collection is created to accompany little ones in their discovery of art. The world of Henri Rousseau is transformed into a visual universe through bold and imaginative illustrations. From dresses and baby suits to jumpsuits, each piece becomes a small visual adventure, perfect for exploring art with creativity and comfort.

Textiles made from 100% European cotton

Our textile line is crafted from 100% European cotton, ensuring softness, durability, and sustainability. It includes items such as placemats, table runners, kitchen towels, and aprons-all customizable through various techniques like classic embroidery, high-definition digital printing, and scalloped or plain finishes. Perfect for museum shops, institutional gifts, or themed collections, each piece blends functionality with cultural design.

Value-adding partners: MUD Ceramics

MUD Ceramics is a brand specialized in artisanal porcelain. This collaboration allows us to expand our offerings with high-quality porcelain products that combine functionality, aesthetics, and craftsmanship.

Staying true to who we are

Each year at Museum Connections, we reaffirm who we are: a company that designs and produces with care, striving to make each object more than just a souvenir but an experience, a bridge between art and people.

Thank you to everyone who visited us in Paris. See you at the next edition!
